I just found a way to play Flash, YouTube in the MSN Space, and how to play a playlist.
1. Add the windows media player in your space.
2. create a text file, and write your own playlist by looking at the following screenshot. As you can see, you can add mp3, wma, wmv, flash, youtube video (also a type of flash), gif, jpg into the playlist. NOT RM format!!

3. save the text file, and save it as .mp3 (or .asx)
4. upload, and link it to windows media player
